Everyone wants to live their best life. But what about you, a boss? How will you be a better leader? Sure you love your team and you want them to succeed, so how will you encourage that? You aim to become better.

How To Be A Better Leader
Be A Role Model
Idealized impact is another of the four components of good leaders. Thus, transformative leaders illustrate the attitudes and attributes they promote to their supporters. As a result, the members of the group respect these personalities and are striving to imitate these attitudes.
Data indicates that leaders are capable of cultivating a common ideology and thereby transferring that passion to their followers. In addition, fans are confident and have good expectations.
Be Positive
Leaders should act as a source of motivation for followers. Thus, If the leaders seem disheartened or indifferent, the group members are prone to become lacklustre. And when things seem somber and the fans tend to feel disheartened, remain optimistic. This does not mean to be naive. This implies sustaining a sense of confidence and trust in the midst of difficulties.

Give Rewards
The essential characteristic of a successful leader is to realize that providing meaningful praise and incentives is one of the easiest ways to make followers feel valued. Hence, this should come as no shock that happier people continue to do well at work.
Encourage Creativity
Mental stimulation is among the leadership skills that defines good leadership. Followers must be encouraged to express their creativity. One approach to promote imagination is to pose tasks to the members of the group. The purpose of this form of exercise is to get people to extend their boundaries, but not to be intimidated by the barriers of success.
Communicate
An essential aspect of leadership is the emphasis on having one-to-one contact with group members. Truly revolutionary leaders play a key role when they interact with their followers. By maintaining communication, leaders can ensure that the group members receive recognition for their achievements.
Being a good leader is a combination of factors. Your advice to help your employees by being a role model is a sound place to start to build their strengths. As a positive role model, you are even creating a stronger team. Employees appreciate even small rewards. The morale is built when there is a positive attitude for the office and the ones working there. Big rewards are great, but little ones are effective as well for work well done. (speaking as an employee)
When leaders explain what needs to be done and allow employees to have some say in how the project is completed, the employees feel more in control of their lives and their workdays, both important to the office personality. Often the insight of a knowledgeable employee can produce complete projects so much easier and quicker. When your boss allows you to have some input to completion of the workload, you as an employee, are empowered to make everyone’s day better.
